Imam Turki Bin Abdullah Royal Nature Reserve (ITBA) is one of Saudi Arabia’s most significant ecological preserves, dedicated to protecting biodiversity and promoting sustainable eco-tourism. The design of the ITBA HQ reflects the Reserve’s ethos — merging built form with nature through an authentic material palette and environmental sensitivity.
The project was designed by others, where the architectural vision was faithfully realized by our project execution team, embodying raw, organic beauty with elements like natural stone, clay, textured GRC walls, woven textile ceilings, aged wood, and native greenery. The aesthetic is grounded and earthy, celebrating Saudi’s natural landscape in a contemporary office setting.
The double-height lobby space evokes a desert oasis, featuring sculpted columns, custom joinery, and indigenous landscaping integrated directly into the flooring. A ceiling lattice of natural wood and palm materials casts warm, patterned shadows, enhancing the biophilic feel.
We delivered the fit-out with exceptional quality, using premium finishes such as custom carpets, natural-toned flooring, and high-performance wall systems. The entire space was also equipped with seamlessly integrated technology, ensuring it functions as a modern HQ while remaining true to its nature-inspired roots.
