SNB HQ – 4th Executive Business Center Floor
Saudi National Bank – Typical Floors
Project Overview

Saudi National Bank (SNB), a leader in the Kingdom’s financial sector, continues to invest in dynamic and high-performance work environments across its headquarters in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). The 4th Executive Floor was envisioned as a multi-functional business center, supporting executive-level operations, client interactions, and professional development within a refined and modern setting.

Design & Space Planning

C1 led the project from the ground up—starting with in-depth business requirements gathering sessions with SNB’s executive and workplace teams. These collaborative workshops formed the foundation for a forward-thinking spatial strategy that blends hospitality, functionality, and flexibility. The floor was designed as a versatile executive business hub, featuring a mix of formal meeting rooms, soundproof phone booths, a multi-purpose training and townhall space, breakout areas, and a dedicated café lounge.

The planning prioritized fluid circulation, intuitive zoning, and acoustic control to support both focus and collaboration across the floorplate.

Signature Design Features

The space showcases a series of high-impact design elements custom-developed for SNB. This includes a bespoke carpet pattern designed exclusively for the executive business center offering a unique visual identity while supporting brand alignment. A striking triangular modular ceiling system adds architectural rhythm and integrates seamlessly with lighting, HVAC, and acoustic treatments.

The training and multipurpose hall was equipped with foldable, sound-insulated partitions, allowing it to function as one large collaborative zone or split into smaller rooms based on event needs. Every detail—from materiality to millwork—was specified with an executive-level aesthetic, blending contemporary minimalism with corporate elegance.

Fitout, Furniture & IT Integration

C1 delivered the complete fitout, bespoke furniture package, and IT infrastructure, ensuring a turnkey solution aligned with SNB’s performance and design standards. Furniture included reception desks, cafe fixed seating and all custom made furniture, and integrated AV/IT-enabled collaborative furniture systems. The space was delivered in close coordination with stakeholders across SNB, the KAFD operations team, and technology vendors to ensure seamless interoperability and readiness for use.
