Premium Finishes & Bespoke Joinery

The project showcases a palette of high-end finishes and refined material selections, including custom ceiling systems, acoustic wall treatments, wood-veneered panels, natural marble flooring, and designer lighting systems—all reflecting the level of sophistication expected at a C-suite level.

Bespoke joinery played a key role in the space’s identity, with tailor-made reception counters, meeting room wall claddings, café millwork, and integrated storage solutions—all crafted to deliver a seamless blend of luxury, function, and brand alignment.

The training and multipurpose hall was equipped with foldable, sound-insulated partitions, allowing it to function as one large collaborative zone or split into smaller rooms based on event needs. Every detail—from materiality to millwork—was specified with an executive-level aesthetic, blending contemporary minimalism with corporate elegance.

Conclusion

The SNB HQ 39th Executive Floor is a statement of executive presence—combining discretion, elegance, and performance in a secure, world-class environment. Despite a challenging timeline, C1 delivered a turnkey solution that meets the highest standards of workplace excellence and supports the operational needs of SNB’s leadership team at the heart of KAFD.
