Scope of Work

C1 delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution for the ROSHN Headquarters, covering interior design, fitout, furniture, and IT passive and active WORKS. The scope included concept development, detailed space planning, finish and material selection, lighting design, and integration of branded interior elements that reflect ROSHN’s identity and cultural values. The design drew inspiration from Saudi heritage while aligning with modern workplace standards and ROSHN’s operational vision. Execution involved full architectural and MEP works, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and the supply and installation of premium furniture and workplace technologies—ensuring a seamless, high-performance environment delivered in accordance with KAFD’s guidelines and international benchmarks.

INTERIOR DESIGN

C1 developed the interior design of ROSHN Headquarters from concept through detailed design, in close coordination with KAFD’s design management team and in full compliance with their architectural guidelines and approval processes.

The design concept was inspired by Saudi heritage, reinterpreted through a modern lens. Elements such as mud-finish textured walls, arches echoing traditional Najdi architecture, and brass metal accents were used to infuse the space with a sense of local identity and understated luxury.

A warm terracotta and earthy color palette was applied throughout, complemented by subtle integrations of ROSHN’s brand identity—reflected in workstation screen finishes, glass manifestations, and custom metal partitions.

Acoustic performance was a key design consideration, addressed through the widespread use of double-glazed partitions, acoustic ceiling panels, fabric wall treatments, carpeted flooring, and exposed ceiling treatments designed to balance aesthetics and sound control. The result is a culturally grounded, high-performance workspace aligned with ROSHN’s vision and the functional needs of its headquarters.

Fitout Execution

The fitout was executed in structured phases, strategically aligned with ROSHN’s occupancy priorities and evolving business needs. The process was overseen by Currie & Brown in their role as project and cost management consultant, and closely coordinated with the ROSHN Facilities Management team to ensure adherence to technical standards and design intent.

Procurement involved a rigorous selection process, sourcing high-end finishes and workplace systems from leading international suppliers. All components were installed to specification and integrated seamlessly on site—resulting in a refined, functional, and high-performance workplace environment that reflects ROSHN’s brand and operational ambitions.

Furniture Supply & Installation

The furniture package for ROSHN Headquarters was carefully curated to reflect a premium, executive-grade workplace environment. It included bespoke open-book marble meeting tables, leather executive chairs, high end operational desks, and a wide range of collaborative furniture to support team-based work and agile environments. Additional selections included soft seating for lounges, focus pods, tiered seating for informal gatherings, hot desks, meeting room setups, dining and breakout furniture all aligned with ROSHN’s functional and aesthetic goals.

All items were sourced from top international workplace brands, emphasizing craftsmanship, durability, and integrated technology. The entire delivery was executed with seamless coordination across stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and fully integrated furniture environment throughout the headquarters.

Conclusion

ROSHN Headquarters project represents a successful fusion of cultural identity and contemporary workplace design. From concept to completion, every detail was crafted to reflect ROSHN’s brand values while delivering a high-performance, executive-grade environment. The design thoughtfully integrates Saudi heritage with modern functionality, creating a space that is both inspiring and operationally efficient. Through close coordination with all stakeholders, the project achieved a cohesive outcome across design, fitout, furniture, and technology. The result is a flagship workspace that supports ROSHN’s vision and elevates the employee experience.
