Tawuniya, the pioneering cooperative insurance company in Saudi Arabia, stands as a cornerstone of the Kingdom’s insurance sector. Our scope included comprehensive interior design, full fitout execution, and IT infrastructure integration, all delivered in a fully occupied, business-critical environment.
Following the successful delivery of Tawuniya’s 4,000 SQM Jeddah offices, we were entrusted with the renovation of their flagship headquarters on Al Thumamah Road in Riyadh. This project encompassed a total area of 22,000 SQM, divided between the main operational buildings (approx. 20,000 SQM) and a dedicated executive building (approx. 2,500 SQM).
One of the most significant challenges was executing the renovation with zero business downtime. This required careful planning, phased execution, and the relocation and reintegration of teams—all without disrupting daily operations. Our team orchestrated this process seamlessly, maintaining service continuity for Tawuniya while transforming their workspace in the background.
Each phase of the project was delivered on schedule, with precision coordination and uncompromising attention to detail.
The design approach reflected Tawuniya’s values—professionalism, transparency, and innovation. From dynamic open workspaces to focused executive zones, the interiors are crafted to support productivity, well-being, and future scalability. Advanced IT systems were integrated to streamline connectivity, enhance collaboration, and meet evolving digital needs.
